How to update default company information and logo

Set up National Estimator Cloud to add your company name, contact information, and logo to every new estimates, bids, and invoices by default

Use Default Company Information to set the company details that appear on your estimates, bids, and invoices by default.

This is where you can add or update your:

  • company name

  • phone number

  • address

  • other contact information

  • company logo or image


How to add or update your company information

  1. Open National Estimator Cloud.

  2. From the main menu, go to Tools.

  3. Select Default Company Info.

  4. Enter the company details you want to use by default.

  5. To add a logo or image, click Select File and choose the image file you want to use.

  6. Click Save.

The default company information will appear in all new estimates, like so:

💡 Tips:

  • Customer information first entered in Edit Company Info becomes the default and will be added to every new estimate. Thereafter, you’ll be asked if changes made in Edit Company Info should also change the default.

  • Estimates can also include information about the customer and the job. See Edit Customer Info and Edit Job Info.
