We noticed you’ve been experiencing delays with Bitcoin transactions lately. The lag is because the Bitcoin network is experiencing high traffic, leading to slow processing time and potentially higher processing charges—two things you don’t want.

But don't worry about having issues with receiving BTC payments on Crane. That's because we rolled out the following fixes:

1. Minimum deposit amount

We temporarily increased the minimum deposit to 0.0001165 BTC (approximately USD 7 at the time of writing on September 9, 2024). The fee in dollars is dynamic and subject to the latest BTC-to-dollar market rate.

We believe the latest increase will smoothen your BTC transactions without paying unreasonably high processing fees.

2. Introduced the BEP 20 network

We also introduced the BEP 20 network. It's associated with the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). The network is cost-effective and swift, especially for low-deposit crypto transactions.

Strict adherence to these fixes will prevent any BTC deposit lag. However, contact support@usecrane.co for a quick resolution should you experience any issues with your BTC transactions.
