How Creator Pipelines work in campaigns

A
Written by Azema

Each campaign in Creally uses one Creator Pipeline. The pipeline defines the statuses available in that campaign and helps the AI Agent understand how creators should move through your workflow.

Choose a pipeline when creating a campaign

In the campaign creation form:

  1. Go to the Automation section.

  2. Select a Status Pipeline.

  3. Select a compatible Creator AI Agent.

  4. Add a Follow-up Sequence if needed.

Choose the pipeline carefully. A campaign's pipeline cannot be changed after the campaign is created. If you selected the wrong pipeline, create a new campaign with the correct one.

Why only some AI Agents appear

Each AI Agent belongs to one pipeline because its instructions and actions are designed for that pipeline's statuses.

After you select a pipeline, Creally only shows AI Agents connected to it.

One pipeline can have multiple AI Agents. However, one AI Agent cannot be used across campaigns with different pipelines.

A creator can have a different status in each campaign

Statuses are campaign-specific. If a creator belongs to several campaigns, they can be at a different stage in each one.

Example:

  • UGC campaign: Video Production

  • Integration campaign: Negotiation

  • Ambassador campaign: First Contact

There is no single global status for the creator. A creator who has not been added to any campaign does not have a status yet.

When you add a creator to a new campaign, they begin at the first status of that campaign's pipeline. Their statuses in other campaigns do not change.

View or change a creator's status

Open the creator or their conversation and find the Campaigns section.

For each campaign, you can:

  • see the creator's current status;

  • open the status description;

  • change the status from the dropdown;

  • enable or disable follow-ups for that creator in that campaign.

Changing the creator's status in one campaign does not affect any other campaign.

Find conversations by pipeline and status

In Inbox, statuses are grouped by pipeline in the left sidebar.

You can:

  • expand or collapse pipeline groups;

  • see unread counts;

  • drag pipeline groups into your preferred order;

  • use Edit pipeline to open the relevant pipeline settings.

The order you choose for pipeline groups is saved for your current browser.

A conversation appears under the status of the campaign associated with its latest message. This keeps each creator in one place in the Inbox sidebar even when they belong to several campaigns.

The total Inbox count can be higher than the sum of all status counts. Conversations that are not connected to a campaign are included in the total but do not belong to a pipeline status.

Filter creators by status

In creator filters and dynamic lists, use the Status filter to select one or more statuses. Statuses are grouped by pipeline so you can distinguish similarly named stages from different workflows.

Test a pipeline with an AI Agent

Open the AI Agent's Playground and select the Pipeline tab.

You can review or edit the pipeline and its status descriptions while testing how the AI Agent responds and moves a creator through the workflow.

Pipeline changes made in the Playground affect the same live pipeline used by connected campaigns. Review changes carefully before saving them.
