Once your Talentir account is connected, verified, and funded, you can create payouts directly from Creally.
Each payout must currently be created and approved individually. Bulk and recurring payouts are not supported.
Where to create a payout
You can open the same New payout form from three places:
Payouts > New payout
A creator's profile > Send Payment
A conversation with a creator > Send Payout
Creating the payout from a conversation is usually the easiest option because the creator, email address, and active campaign are filled in automatically.
Complete the payout details
Field | What to enter |
Creator | Select a creator, or choose Send to an email address instead. |
Recipient email | The email address that should receive the payout claim link. Check it carefully before continuing. |
Campaign | Optional. Select the campaign if you want the payout email to appear in a specific campaign conversation. |
Amount | The payout amount. The minimum amount is 0.1. Decimal values are supported. |
Currency | USD, EUR, CHF, or GBP. |
Description | A clear description the creator will understand, such as “TikTok video, October.” |
If a creator has several campaign conversations, select the correct campaign. If you leave this field empty, the payout email may appear in the creator's most recent conversation instead.
If you send a payout to an email address without selecting a creator, it will not be linked to a creator profile or campaign conversation in Creally.
What happens after you create the payout
Creally automatically:
creates the payout in Talentir
sends the creator an email with a personal claim link and
changes the payout status to Needs your approval
The claim email is sent before you approve the payout. This is expected. The creator can open the link and submit their payment details, but the money will not be released until the payout has been approved.
You do not need to send a separate payout email manually.
Approve the payout
You can approve a payout in either of these ways:
Select Approve payouts at the top of the Payouts page to open the next payout waiting for approval.
Open a specific payout and select Approve on Talentir.
On the Talentir approval screen, review:
the creator and payout description
the payout amount
the wallet balance
any amount already reserved for other payouts and
the wallet balance after approval.
Select Approve payout to release the payment for processing.
Important: Every payout must currently be approved manually and one at a time.
What the creator needs to do
The creator receives an email titled Your Creally payout is ready to claim. From the claim link, they will:
sign up for or sign in to Talentir
verify their email address
enter their payout details
provide the requested personal or company and tax information and
confirm the payout.
The bank account must belong to the person or organization claiming the payment. The creator chooses their available receiving currency and payout method in Talentir.
Creally does not see or store the creator's bank details or tax information.
The claim page may use a Talentir domain or your company's configured white-label domain and may display Powered by Talentir.
Editing or cancelling a payout
You can edit a payout until the creator has submitted their payment details. You can change the amount, currency, description, recipient email, or campaign.
Important: If you edit a payout that was already approved, the approval is removed. You must approve the updated payout again.
To cancel a payout, use Talentir. You can also leave an unapproved payout unapproved until it expires.
