Pilot objective
The pilot is designed to validate a repeatable creator acquisition workflow: find relevant creators, contact enough of them to test the plan, learn which targeting and offer work, and move qualified creators toward accepted offers and production.
It works best when your team already knows the creator use case it wants to scale. If you are still testing whether creator marketing is the right channel, defining the content format, or building the campaign process from scratch, we may recommend a readiness phase or a longer test before judging business performance.
The first 30 days
The milestones below are operating targets, not guaranteed creator or campaign outcomes. We may adjust the dates for a longer production, approval, or shipping cycle, but each checkpoint will keep a measurable next step.
When | Expected progress | Review and next action |
Before Day 1 | Kickoff inputs are approved. The sender works, the first creator cohort is reviewed, and the search, outreach, Agent, and Quick Action logic are ready for launch. | Confirm the funnel target, weekly send plan, owners, approval rules, and first batch. |
Day 1 | The first outreach batch is sent and the creator pool can support the next batch. This is the official start of the execution period. | Confirm delivery, check the live workflow, and schedule the next send. |
By Day 7 | Cumulative outreach is on plan. We see initial replies or have enough data from a complete batch to diagnose the first bottleneck. | Review deliverability first, then targeting, message, and offer. Change one major variable at a time. |
By Day 14 | Positive replies and initial accepted offers should begin to show where the agreed volume and campaign cycle support them. Working creator segments and rate patterns are becoming clear. | Refine the next cohort. If creators reply but do not accept, review rates, deliverables, offer terms, and approval speed. |
By Day 21 | Accepted offers move to the next step: agreement, brief, product or account access, shipping, or a confirmed production date. The next outreach cohort is active. | Flag any accepted offer that has not moved for more than three business days and assign an owner to the blocker. |
By Day 30 | Where the campaign cycle allows it, the first output is delivered or scheduled. Otherwise, there is a committed production pipeline with creators, next steps, and dates. | Review the funnel, learnings, remaining blockers, and the decision to scale, extend with a specific plan, or pause. |
