If something about a document is wrong, you can delete it straight from your Credentially profile!

Just go to "My profile" -> "Documents" to delete a document:

Once you have done this a document review form will come up, where you will be asked to review the document. The ‘Delete’ button will be under the warning message. See screenshot below:

After hitting the ‘Delete’ button you will see a ‘Delete Document Version’ confirmation window pop-up.

The document will be deleted after you press ‘Confirm’.

The same can be done with a version of the document. Just choose the version you would like to remove and hit the bin icon. In the screenshot below, we want to delete Version 1. Therefore, we click on it (1) and press the bin icon in its review form (2).

After clicking on the bin icon, you will see the confirmation pop-up window. After pressing 'Confirm', its document version will be deleted.

If you want to upload a new version of a document after deleting it, please follow the instructions provided in this article. If you want to upload a new document after deleting a single document version, please follow the instructions given here.

Please note: You can delete a document or its version only if it hasn't been earlier approved by one of your Administrators. Some documents may also have restricted access for profile owners (e.g. Interview Notes), so you won't be able to review them and, consequently, delete them as well.
