How long before I get my card?

It can take 7-10 days before you receive your card in the mail. If you have not received your card within 10 days from the date you had initially redeemed your card with ExtraCredit, please contact us for further assistance.

​How long before my card gets loaded with my reward?

Once an approval has been acknowledged, many rewards will load within days, however, you can expect your reward amount to be loaded within 30-60 days. If your reward does not load within 60 days from the approval date, please email us for further assistance to Support@Credit.com

Please note: In order to be eligible for Reward amounts listed, the application must be completed through the Reward It portal as an active ExtraCredit user. The ExtraCredit subscription must remain active during the reward claim process to be able to complete redeeming the reward.

How will I know my reward has been redeemed?

We have you covered! You will receive a notification that you have an award waiting to redeem. All you need to do is push “Redeem” and your reward will be loaded to your card within two business days. Once redeemed, the amount will show up on your Reward It page under “Cash Earned.”

Secured Credit Card Offers

In order to claim rewards through Reward It for approvals of any secured card, the funds that are needed to activate and use the card must be successfully added and must be fully processed in order to qualify for approval and for the Reward It amount shown in the portal.
