We depend on validating your phone number to be able to give you a service within Crema. However, there are instances when you might not receive a code in order to validate your number.
Phone does not have sufficient signal
The most common is because the phone does not have sufficient signal to receive a SMS. Please try to be in a location where signal is available en retry.
Provider issues
If you have sufficient signal, and you still don’t receive your code, this is generally because our provider (Twilio) are experiencing issues.
If you haven’t received a SMS code, please review the following:
That you have signal
That the phone number is not a virtual phone number from a reported carrier
That the phone number has not been used previously by an existing account within Crema
That the phone number is not reported as stolen by any authority
