How can I resolve a failed request?

Use the Failed tab on the Main Dispatching Page to resolve requests.

Once a request has failed, you can either reschedule or decline it. This can be done from the Main Dispatching Page.

1) Click on Dispatching from the left navigation menu. This will open the Main Dispatching Page. This provides several overview tabs that allow you to view high-level data related to your jobs and trucks.

2) Select the third tab labeled Failed to see a list of all the jobs that have been failed.

3) Click on one of the red highlighted failed jobs that you want to update.

4) This opens the Customer Center with the job open in the Edit Section.

5) Scroll down to the bottom of the Edit Section, and you will see two buttons, Reschedule and Decline Request. This will allow you to reschedule the job or make a final decision to decline it.

6) If you have selected Decline Request, the job will appear in the Customer History.

7) If you select Reschedule, the request becomes editable again, and you can choose it from the Existing Requests list and continue as you would to schedule any other job.
