Why can't my driver see his truck in the Driver's App?

When creating a new driver in CRO, there are a few steps that must be taken before they can hit the road.

First, after creating a driver, you must set them as a valid driver for a truck. If they are going to be driving each truck in your fleet, then you can mark them as valid for every one of your trucks. If not, then you can validate them for only the trucks they'll be driving.

You can find the, "Valid Drivers" option under the, "Trucks" page after choosing which vehicle you want them to drive.

When you click on, "Valid Drivers" you'll be shown a list of all (if any) valid drivers for that truck. If you click on the, "Add Driver" button, you can select from any of the drivers you have in the system.

After adding the driver as valid for the truck, and clicking the "Save" button, you'll need to set your new driver as the, "Assigned Driver". After you do that, they will see their truck when they login!
