How to Recover Your Account
1. Reset your password
Click Forgot password? on the login screen.
Enter your email.
Check your inbox for the password reset link.
Create a new password.
Troubleshooting
Didn’t receive the reset email: Check spam or try again after a few minutes.
I lost access to both email and MFA: Contact Support for identity verification.
Nominees can’t access my information after recovery: This is normal. Access only activates after the user passes away.
