WoW Forever talents keep the Classic tree layout. A press review of the BlizzCon build says every tree gets a new 1-point talent at the 16-point milestone. Zockify says your first talent point comes at level 10. You can plan a build in the Icy Veins, Zockify, SeeMeta or Method.gg calculators. Beta respec prices are temporary, so do not plan around them.

World of Warcraft: Forever has a level cap of 60, according to the Blizzard announcement. The WoW Forever talent trees still look like Classic. The changes sit inside the trees. PowerUp Gaming reviewed the talents in the BlizzCon build and counted the changes for each class. A search summary of that review says many Classic must-have passives were removed or nerfed. We could not find that passage in the page text, so check each talent in a calculator.

Principal Designer Kris Zierhut said the experience curve stays the same as Classic. We know this quote only from a search summary of a Warcraft Tavern page. In Classic, kill speed and downtime decide your leveling speed, and this likely holds here. Downtime is the time you spend to eat, drink or rest between pulls.

Zockify reports that your character gets one talent point per level, from level 10. Every 5 points in a tree opens the next row. warcraft.wiki.gg says Blizzard plans no increase to the level 60 cap, so your level 60 build is the build you keep. Plan the whole path from level 10 to 60 in a calculator before you spend your first point.

Zockify also says that Blizzard has not confirmed whether switching specs costs gold. Dual Spec was not announced. The Zockify page may be out of date. For the full plan from level 1, read our WoW Forever leveling guide to level 60.

The table shows the PowerUp Gaming count from the BlizzCon build. The count is third-party and unverified. We found no Blizzard count.

Warlock has the most new talents and only 3 unchanged ones. Mage has the most changed talents, and Warrior is close behind. An old Classic Era build may be a weak template for these three classes. Hunter keeps the most talents as they were, so a Hunter can reuse more of the old plan.

Blizzard says Alliance Skyborne can be Druid, Hunter, Mage, Rogue or Warrior, and Horde Skyborne can be Druid, Hunter, Rogue, Shaman or Warrior. Sources differ on that list, for example on Undead Warrior.

Warrior has 11 new, 30 changed and 13 unchanged talents. Spearing Strike and Vanguard are among the new ones. In the beta, the 1 October notes give Warriors extra Rage from critical strikes. In the same notes, Rend and Sunder Armor now tap mobs.

Paladin has 20 new, 18 changed and 14 unchanged talents. Holy Strike, Light's Vigil and Templar's Bulwark are new. Method.gg confirms that the Horde can now play Undead Paladins. Zockify says changes to Consecration weaken large pulls. For a WoW Forever paladin build, start from a calculator. RestedXP added the Undead Paladin "Redemption" quest chain to its Horde route on 9 October 2026.

Hunter has 15 new, 16 changed and 19 unchanged talents. Lone Wolf and Summon Hawk are new. The 1 October beta notes say Aggressive Mode returned for Hunters. Human Hunter is a new combo.

Rogue has 10 new, 25 changed and 18 unchanged talents. PowerUp Gaming describes Mutilate as a new Assassination talent: a dual-wield attack that generates 2 Combo Points. Venom and Restless Blades are also new.

Priest has 14 new, 27 changed and 12 unchanged talents. Penance, Divine Aegis and Prayer of Mending are new. The 1 October beta notes say Devouring Plague can now crit. Bonus Healing also grants Spell Damage, so healing gear may add damage for a Priest too (wiki, beta). Gnome Priest is a new combo.

Shaman has 15 new, 25 changed and 10 unchanged talents. Lava Burst, Maelstrom Weapon and Water Shield are new. RestedXP added Dwarf Shaman support and all Shaman totem quests on 9 October 2026.

Mage has 6 new, 32 changed and 16 unchanged talents. Arcane Blast is the new talent named in the review. Zockify says changes to Improved Blizzard weaken large pulls, so test any area-of-effect leveling plan before you commit to it. Orc Mage is a new combo.

Warlock has 23 new, 26 changed and 3 unchanged talents. Pandemic and Drain Hope are new. With only 3 talents left as they were, an old Warlock build will not carry over. Start a WoW Forever warlock build from a calculator.

Druid has 15 new, 23 changed and 14 unchanged talents. Genesis, Nature's Majesty and Berserk are new. The 1 October beta notes removed Tiger's Fury. Blizzard says Skyborne druids get new druid forms.

SeeMeta lists game version 1.60.1 beta, and the other calculators likely use beta data too. Talents can still change before launch on 4 November 2026, so check the version label on each page.

Beta respec prices do not tell you the launch price. Icy Veins reports that the original prices return at launch, but we found no source that lists them. The Icy Veins page was blocked for us, so its figures come from a search snippet.

The 10 gold figure comes from a Blizzard forum thread on Legacy Points for beta testing. The official roadmap ends the beta on 22 October 2026, and some sites say 21 October. Our WoW Forever release date and launch time guide has the full timeline.

WoW Forever legacy talents are a separate, account-wide system. Legacy Points come from Legacy Challenges in six categories: Classes, Tradeskills, PvP, Adventure, Dungeons and Raids.

Warcraft Tavern says your first point usually comes at level 25 or at 150 skill in a non-gathering profession. Well Rested gives more rested XP and more rested storage. Frequent Flier gives a 50% discount on flight paths. Timesaver.gg claims that Legacy does not speed up leveling, so treat these perks as small gains. We found no per-class Forever leveling build from a source we trust. The rules below come from Classic leveling and from the sourced changes above. They are principles. We did not test them in the beta.

The RestedXP shop lists Tailored Paths for Every Class as a planned feature, with talent and Legacy Point recommendations. The shop also lists the Enhanced Talent Builder as coming soon.

We found no class tier list from Blizzard. The only leveling tier list in our research comes from Timesaver.gg, a vendor that sells boosts. The vendor's beta list for levels 1-30 ranks Hunter and Mage fastest, Warlock safest, and Warrior and Druid slowest. We rate the list as low confidence:

A WoW Forever DPS tier list needs raid data. The official roadmap unlocks the first raids on 9 December 2026: Barrow Deeps (10 players), Hyjal Summit (20 players) and Onyxia's Lair (40 players). Until then, every WoW Forever tier list rests on beta data and theory.

The RestedXP Forever guide puts a quest route and a waypoint arrow in your game, with class steps for the new combos and the Skyborne start. We found none in search on 11 October 2026. Wowhead has Forever class guides for level 20 and level 30.

Warcraft Tavern says beta progress does not carry over to launch. You start a new character on 4 November 2026 and spend your talent points again.

Warcraft Tavern says you can spend 16 Legacy Points per character at launch. The summer 2027 roadmap lists Legacy updates, so the cap may change later.

No reliable answer exists yet. A low-confidence vendor list for levels 1-30 puts Hunter and Mage first.
