The pump.fun files do not describe where to enter a code in the web app, so this guide gives no web app steps. The Terms link the lower rate to your wallet. The 0.40% rate applies when a valid code is linked to your wallet at the time you submit the trade.

Yes, an existing pump.fun user can apply code VIP50 for the lower Platform Fee. Section 4.9(b) of the Terms says you may apply another user's code "whether or not you have used the Pump Platform before".

Think before you apply a code, because the link can last. Only one referral code can be linked to a wallet at a time. The Terms add that pump.fun "may treat the association as permanent once made". If your wallet already has a code, VIP50 may not replace it.

Applying a code may also make you follow the referrer on pump.fun. Pump.fun may refuse, remove or reassign a code at any time. Pump.fun may also end the link between a wallet and a referrer at any time.

An existing user gets the lower Platform Fee only. The deposit match is for new users who started on pump.fun on or after 7 October 2026. You must not apply your own code, and you must not open extra wallets to get rewards.

The pump.fun deposit match is open only to new users who meet every condition in Section 3 of the Program Terms. You must meet all of the conditions below.

The program excludes the United Kingdom by name. The program also excludes every Prohibited Country under the general Terms. Places where pump.fun or the payment provider is not available are excluded too.

The referrer must also be in an Eligible Territory. If your country becomes excluded during your Earning Window, pump.fun credits no further installments to you. A Qualifying Deposit for the pump.fun deposit match is your first purchase of crypto with fiat money through an Integrated Provider. An Integrated Provider is a payment provider built into the pump.fun platform. Pump.fun does not name these providers, and the providers can change at any time.

Your first purchase counts only if all of these conditions are true:

The US$ value is the amount that the provider reports to pump.fun, before the provider's fees. Pump.fun converts a purchase in another currency to US$ at its own rate. You buy from the provider under the provider's own terms and identity checks. Pump.fun is not a party to that purchase.

Pump.fun sets the Match Base at the lower of two amounts: the US$ value of your Qualifying Deposit and US$50.

The Program Terms give two examples. A deposit worth US$20 sets a Match Base of US$20. A deposit worth US$500 sets a Match Base of US$50. A deposit above US$50 does not raise the Match Base.

You can earn up to the Match Base, and the referrer can earn up to the same amount. Both rewards come from the same Match Base. Each installment goes to both of you at the same time. The referrer does not need to deposit or trade for either reward.

Pump.fun pays the deposit match in five installments, one for each of your first five Qualifying Trading Days in the Earning Window. The two terms have exact meanings in the Program Terms.

The five days do not need to be in a row. Only days inside the Earning Window count. Several trades on one UTC day still count as one Qualifying Trading Day.

Any installment that you have not earned when the window closes is lost. Trades after the window do not bring it back. For example, three Qualifying Trading Days in the window earn three sixths of the Match Base. Pump.fun rounds the US$ amounts in its own way, so the table shows approximate figures.

Pump.fun credits each installment only after a review, and the Program Terms set no fixed payment time. The review covers the deposit, the trading day and both participants.

Pump.fun can delay an installment for as long as it thinks necessary, up to the end of the Earning Window or later. You have no right to an installment until pump.fun credits it. A credited installment goes to your wallet.

Pump.fun pays in SOL, USDC or another crypto asset that it chooses. The amount of crypto matches the US$ value of the installment at the time of crediting. Pump.fun picks the exchange rate and the price source.

The rewards come from a Program Budget. Pump.fun pays rewards first come, first served while the budget lasts. When the budget runs out, the program ends. After that point, pump.fun credits no further rewards, even for codes that people applied earlier.

Pump.fun can also limit the number of rewards one referrer can earn. A code applied after such a limit gives no reward to the referrer or to the new user. Pump.fun can change, pause or end the program at any time, with or without notice.

Some actions earn nothing toward the pump.fun deposit match, even when your wallet has code VIP50. The Program Terms list these cases.

A transfer from an exchange does not disqualify your wallet on its own. The transfer simply does not count as the deposit. Pump.fun can also hold back a reward if a deposit was made mainly to get the reward.

The most common mistake with code VIP50 is a fiat purchase in the app before you enter the code. After that first purchase, no later purchase can become your Qualifying Deposit.
