In order to receive the shoulder module CEs, the student simply needs to complete the training and Part 1 & 2 of the CTB Shoulder Module Test. Once completed with a passing grade, you will see a new quiz appear in your CTB Membership Shoulder Pain Module Test course called Shoulder Module Wrapup and Certificate. This is a simple quiz consisting of a single quiz question, and once you complete the question you will be given an option to print your certificate.

It is no longer necessary or advisable to submit a ticket with your CE number. You will see a link to a short form in your dashboard near the top that allows you to directly submit you state license number. You should do this once, prior to printing your certificates. You will not need to enter it again. This system allows you to have control over generating the certificate without having to rely on customer service staff, and is much faster.

When you select Print the Certificate following the quiz, the system will generate an image of your certificate which you can print to paper, print to a PDF and email to someone, or do a screen capture which will save it as an image.

The Sciatic Module certificate is generated in the same manner. Once you complete the quiz with a passing grade above 70%, the Sciatica Module Wrapup and Certificate quiz will appear and you can do the same procedure.
