From the banned fan's perspective, the ban is invisible. This prevents confrontations or complaints from fans who might otherwise realize they've been excluded.
To unban a fan, navigate to the Design section within your FanSee admin panel and locate the Banned Users list (usually found at the bottom of Design settings). From there, you can remove individual fans from the ban list with a single click, and they'll immediately become available to rejoin future activations. This is useful if you accidentally ban someone or want to give a previously problematic fan another chance.
