How do I train staff or interns to operate FanSee on game day?

FanSee is designed for simplicity, making it one of our easiest products to delegate to game day staff or interns. Training typically requires just one brief session. The core workflow involves three simple steps: click 'start' to begin the session, select fans from the queue by clicking 'live' to push them to the video board, and click 'stop' when the activation is complete. The operator interface is intuitive—you see incoming fans in a queue and click to set them live, then click another fan to switch. We recommend coaching operators to prioritize families and kids for a positive experience, watch for signal strength indicators (green dots indicate strong connections and help you quickly identify which fans will display well), and be ready to quickly cycle through fans every 5-10 seconds to keep the energy high. The ban button is available if someone behaves inappropriately. Most preparation work happens ahead of time with graphics and testing, so game day execution is minimal. Once someone understands the basic flow of selecting fans and managing the queue, they can handle the activation independently for the entire season.
