FanSee offers multiple output format options to accommodate different activation scenarios and display preferences:
**9x16 Vertical Phone Format:** This displays fan video feeds in a phone-shaped vertical orientation, maintaining the natural look of someone using their phone. It allows for prominent phone frame overlays with sponsor branding. When displaying two feeds in 9x16, you'll see two vertical phone-shaped feeds side by side with room for branding graphics on the left and right. With four feeds, the system fits more content by removing the side graphics and displaying only a top banner instead. Most sponsors prefer the two-feed 9x16 layout because it prominently features the phone frame and allows for clear branding placement.
**1x1 Square Format:** This crops the video feed to a square shape, which works well for displaying multiple fans in a grid layout and can fit more fans on screen at once. Each square format can be customized with its own frame overlay to match your team's branding or sponsor requirements.
**16x9 Dedicated Camera Format:** This is designed for single-user, dedicated camera scenarios rather than traditional fan cam activations. It's ideal for creative uses like giving a phone to a mascot, band member, or placing it in unique locations to capture compelling angles (sideline shots, behind-the-scenes moments, or unique perspectives that traditional broadcast cameras can't easily achieve). You share the link with a specific person who serves as your dedicated camera source, and they click it to connect their phone while you control the output from the same admin interface.
Each format requires different image dimensions for fallback overlays to prevent logos or graphics from appearing stretched or distorted.
