CUE's web-based Light Show works best on iPhone 14 and newer models running the latest iOS version. We have observed some synchronization issues with iPhone 13 and older devices, or iPhones running iOS 13 or older. While older devices may occasionally experience connectivity or sync challenges, this represents a very small percentage of the overall audience. The vast majority of modern smartphones‚ both iPhone and Android‚ work seamlessly with CUE's web-based Light Show, and any isolated issues with older devices do not significantly impact the overall visual effect when thousands of phones are participating. We recommend noting in your promotional materials that fans should ensure their phones are updated to the latest iOS version for the best experience.
