CUE's deep link QR code intelligently routes fans based on whether they have your team app installed. When a fan scans the QR code, the system automatically detects if the team app is on their device. If the app is installed, the fan is launched directly into the Light Show experience within the app. If the app is not installed, the fan is taken to the web-based Light Show in their browser instead. This 'lazy-proof' approach means you don't have to choose between prioritizing app downloads or maximizing participation — you can do both. Fans who already have your app get the in-app experience, while fans who don't are still able to participate instantly without any friction. You can also configure the fallback behavior if you prefer to always push non-app users toward downloading the app instead of the web experience.
