Once everything is built and configured in your account, operating the Light Show is remarkably simple — it's essentially three clicks: ensure the instance is live, confirm the activate button is blue, and press play when the music starts. We can schedule brief 15-30 minute training calls with each person who might be responsible for the activation. During these calls, we'll walk them through the back end, have them scan the QR code on their phone to see the experience firsthand, and demonstrate the exact sequence of actions needed on game day. This way, if your primary operator is unavailable, you have trained backups ready to step in.
