What does day-of operation look like for running CUE's Light Show at an event?

Day-of operation is straightforward. First, display a large QR code on your video board or screens and prompt the audience to scan it. Instruct them to enable permissions and stay on the 'Waiting to Sync' page. When you're ready to start the show, someone on your team pushes play on the CUE portal — this can be the same person triggering your video and audio, or a dedicated operator. The show launches simultaneously on all connected phones. If you're running your production through Ross XPression or similar systems, CUE can integrate to make triggering even more seamless. For events with multiple identical shows (like graduation ceremonies), you simply repeat the process — display the QR code, let people scan, and push play when ready. Your dedicated CUE account manager will have trained you on all of this beforehand and remains available via phone and email for day-of support.
