CUE's API key does not automatically expire. Each branch receives one API key that remains valid indefinitely, providing a stable connection for your data integrations. If you ever need to reset the API key for security reasons, CUE can manually generate a new one for you and provide the updated key. However, this is not a routine requirement — the same API key will work throughout your entire engagement with CUE. The key is automatically included in the Data API tool interface, so authorized users with main menu access can generate API URLs without needing to manually enter credentials.
