CUE's PostUP platform makes it easy to reset your photo library between events. In the moderation interface, you have several options:
**Quick Clear Method:** Navigate to your approved posts view and use the 'Clear All' button on the right side of the moderation interface. This brings all approved photos back into your moderation bin for processing.
**Removal Options:** Once in the moderation bin, you can: - Use 'Select All' followed by 'Reject All' to move everything to a Rejected folder (a recycle bin where photos can still be recovered if needed). This is the recommended approach as a safety net in case you accidentally need to retrieve a specific photo later. - Use 'Select All' and 'Delete All' to permanently remove all photos, giving you a completely clean slate.
**Bulk Delete:** You can also use the 'delete all' button to clear your entire photo library at once, which is much faster than manually removing hundreds of posts one by one—some of our university partners have cleared over 600 old photos in just a few minutes using this bulk delete function.
Clearing old submissions periodically, especially before big games or at the start of a new season, ensures that only fresh, current content appears on your video board rather than images from games played weeks ago. Your moderation view remains clean and ready for the new session while maintaining the same PostUP instance and QR code.
