Creating a fresh PostUP instance for a new season is straightforward. Navigate to your PostUP section and click the plus button to add a new instance. Give it a name like '2026' and, importantly, create a new moderation channel (e.g., '26 mod') to keep your new season's photos completely separate from previous content. Go to Settings and assign the new moderation channel, then save. Any photos submitted to this new QR code will go into the fresh moderation channel, ensuring no old photos from previous seasons appear. From there, you can customize all your settings, colors, fonts, and uploads to match your new season's branding. Don't forget to update both the mainboard side and the mobile side colors, as they are configured separately.
