How do I reset AR Prize Drop prizes and settings between testing sessions and live events?

Resetting AR Prize Drop between testing and live events ensures all your prizes are available for your actual event. Here's the complete process:

1. **Stop the activation**: Click the 'Live' button to stop the instance. This removes the start button from fans' screens and prevents play during downtime.

2. **Reset prize counts**: Once the instance is stopped, navigate to the Prizing section. For prizes without unique codes, click the pencil icon next to each prize and change the total prize count back to your original number (e.g., 147), then save. If you're using CSV codes, delete the existing code list and upload a fresh CSV file with your original codes, then update the prize count to match.

3. **Edit other settings**: While the instance is stopped, you can also adjust percentage chance settings and other prize configurations.

4. **Restart when ready**: Click the Live button again to reactivate the activation and make the start button visible to fans.

**Important note**: Any prizes won during testing count against your total available prizes. For example, if you set up 5 prizes and win 2 during testing, only 3 will be available for your live event. To avoid this, consider creating a CSV file with fake test codes for testing purposes, then replace it with your actual prize codes before going live. Always add a pre-event checklist item to verify prize quantities are reset before promoting the activation to your in-venue audience. Remember that prize settings can only be edited when the instance is not live.
