CUE's AR Prize Drop allows you to front-load all your unique prize codes for an entire season while controlling distribution across multiple levels. You upload your complete CSV file of codes once, then set maximum distribution limits at both the global prizing level and the product/instance level for each game or event.
When both global and product-level limits are configured, the global prizing limit takes precedence and will override product-level settings. For example, if you set a prize to 147 total in global prizing but configure 500 at the product level, the system will stop distributing that prize once 147 have been awarded. Best practice is to keep these numbers aligned in both locations to avoid confusion and ensure accurate tracking.
For seasonal management across multiple games, you might set a global limit of 9,000 codes for 18 games with a per-game limit of 500. The system tracks prizes awarded during each session, and you can update limits before the next game to refill available quantities. This approach lets you manage prize distribution evenly across your season without needing to upload new codes for each event.
