Can I limit how many times a single fan can win prizes across the season versus per event?

Yes, CUE's prizing system offers granular control over prize distribution. When configuring a prize, you can set limits at multiple levels: total prizes available (e.g., only 10 total), prizes per user per event (so someone can win once per game but again at future games), or prizes per user overall (so someone can only ever win this prize once all season). The system tracks users by their device identity, so if you want to ensure grand prizes are truly limited to one-time winners, you can configure that. The per-event limits reset each time you start a new session, while overall user limits persist across your entire season. This flexibility lets you run 'first 10 to win' promotions while also maintaining season-long prize exclusivity for special items.
