While there is a 'Prizing' section visible within individual product settings, the actual prize creation happens in the Main Menu under 'Global Prizing.' This is where you'll add new prizes that can then be connected to your activations. When creating a prize, you'll set up the prize name, design the prize display using the built-in editor (including background images), and configure delivery options. Prizes can be as simple as a graphic that says 'Show this to the counter to claim your prize,' or more sophisticated with barcodes and unique codes. You can also enable SMS or email delivery to send prizes directly to winners' phones. For extended promotions where winners won't have the webpage open, consider using the contact information collected at sign-up to manually reach out to winners after the promotion ends.
