Your Cuez Organization and Data Region
Cuez is available in two data regions: the European Union and the United States.
Your Organization’s data region is determined by where your organization was originally created in Cuez, either by the 'Owner' or by the Cuez team. End users cannot choose or change the data region themselves during account setup.
Both data regions operate independently. Having an Account in one region does not automatically give you access to the other.
While it is technically possible to have an Account in both regions, this is usually not necessary. You can tell which region your Organization is in by checking the URL you use to log in.
Logging in to Cuez
When logging in to Cuez, you can select the region you want to access. In most cases, you do not need to worry about this, as Cuez automatically defaults to the correct region based on the link you use.
https://app.cuez.live/ defaults to the EU option.
https://app.us.cuez.live/ defaults to the US option.
Simply use your usual Cuez link to log in; no additional region selection required.
