Go to the Cuez login screen. Enter your email address and click "Next".

Underneath the password field, you will see the "Forgot password?" option, which allows you to reset your password. Enter your email address, and we will send you a password reset link by email.

Open the email and click the reset link. Enter and confirm your new password, then click the blue button below to confirm the change.

All done, you are good to go!

If the email with the password reset link doesn't show up soon after the "Forgot password?" request, check your spam folder or verify that you used the correct email.
