Find out about the different options for Printing an Episode in Cuez

Printing an Episode

Printing in Cuez uses the WYSIWYG method, or 'what you see is what you get'. This means that you can choose which layout you want (Script or Rundown), which notes Columns to include, which Timings, and so on.

You can then use the Print functionality of the browser (โŒ˜+P on Mac, CTRL+P on Windows) to Print the layout you have on your screen. From there, you can then use the Print pop-up to set your page size, orientation, margins, and so on.

For more information on the different print layouts, see:

Saving (or exporting) an Episode as PDF

Using the same method as above, an Episode can also be saved (or exported) as a PDF. In the print pop-up simply change the 'Destination' to 'Save as PDF' instead of your printer and click 'Save'.

Sharing a link instead

Seeing that printing an Episode or saving a PDF capture the Episode in that moment in time, these options will not reflect any changes that are made to the Episode once the print or PDF has been generated.

A more interesting option might be to share your Episode as a link, which always shows the latest version of the Episode. Find out more about sharing an Episode, and more specifically sharing it via a public link.
