To Print an Episode based on the Rundown layout, first make sure to select this layout from the top left. Go to 'Layout' and select 'Rundown only' to apply the change.
Next, select which Columns you would like to include in your Print by enabling or disabling them accordingly. You can enable Timings (as well as select which of the Timings you want to see), and the different notes Columns you have created in your Project.
Finally, you can make certain Columns wider or narrower to improve the fit on the Print. You can then use the browser's Print feature (⌘+P on Mac, CTRL+P on Windows) to Print the layout on your screen. From there, you can use the Print pop-up to set your page size, orientation, margins, and so on.
