My payment failed, what now?

In case your payment failed, find out how to resolve the situation

When renewing or upgrading to a different plan, as well as when adding Members to an existing plan, a payment will be processed by Cuez via our payment provider. In case the billing details, such as the selected payment method(s), are incorrect or no longer valid, the payment will fail.

After having verified that your billing details and payment method(s) are up-to-date and valid, but the payment still fails, contact us for more information.

Let us know which Organization it is for, which email address the payment is associated with, the date of the failed payment,... after which we will verify the situation.

Make sure to verify and update your billing details as soon as possible. In case the payment still fails within 7 days, your subscription will be cancelled, therefore disabling access to your Organization.
