Adding Additional Users

By adding additional users in Curate, you ensure that everyone from sales to operations has real-time access to the information they need, reducing bottlenecks and improving customer experience. For more information about how to add a user or find out details about each role, click here.

Current Pricing For Adding Users:

Core User: $40/Monthly $400/Yearly

Sales User (more access within the system): $70/Monthly X/$700Yearly

AI Assist

We've added an AI Assist feature that will allow you to have a conversation and ask questions while designing an event! This can be used for getting advice on how to word a summary or a description for an event or a line item.

Our AI Assist is designed to make your life easier, more efficient, and more productive by automating and enhancing various items for you! This can also be used for creating email templates as seen in the video below!

Note: This is an add on feature that requires an adjustment to your subscription package by a member of the Curate team. Please reach out to us for assistance via chat if you're interested in adding this to your account!

Pricing for AI Assist: $100/month or $1000/year


Labels

This feature will allow you to print out formatted line item data using the standard blank label template used by major printing companies. The dimensions for this are the following:

  • Dimensions of one label: 1" x 2-5/8"

  • Labels per sheet: 30 Labels per sheet (3 columns x 10 rows)

Pricing for Labels is: $50/month or $500/year


Rentals

We've added the ability to select your Rental products as a direct line item! Part of this change is also ensuring the rental item is included within your markup calculations as well.

This is another "Lego" piece we offer to allow you to expand your digital database of items! Rentals can also show you where you're overbooked or any rental item gaps that may need to be filled in order to make your event successful!

Note: If you would like to unlock the Rental feature, please reach out to us in chat for more details! Pricing is scaled to best meet your company needs!

  • 250 Rentals: $150/month or $1500/year

  • 750 Rentals: $300/month or $3000/year

Staffing

We just launched our Curate Staffing Module! This new feature lets you add a 'Staffing' line item, allowing you to document and charge clients for additional staff needed for an event.

You can add specific or generic roles, such as Chef or Waitstaff, as well as pay rate and bill rate into your catalog for easy reference. These can easily be seen in your proposal and event prints as well!
