Calculating Fees

With the updated platform you'll have the ability to calculate fees for things line delivery fees, consultation costs, set up/break down fees in a similar fashion to Curate Classic. Here's an article that will walk you through how to set this up!

Catalog (Products, Components, Rentals)

All of your products, ingredients (now known as components) and rentals (if applicable) migrated over. They will be listed under a page called Catalog and broken out into sub-pages as seen below. Here's a link to our Products article with more details.

Categories

Your categories migrated over to the updated platform. Please see this page to learn more about how to make changes to your categories.

Customers (Contacts)

Your customer contacts will carry over! Here's a detailed walkthrough of the updated contacts page as you'll have access to new features such as bulk imports and flagging contacts as a company, vendor or venue!

Events Page

As part of the migration we have moved over all of your events! Please check out this video to learn some tips & tricks on how to use the events page to access current, past and creating new events!

Event Templates

As part of the migration, we moved over your templates to the updated platform. They're accessible from the main Events page. If you're unable to locate your event proposal templates, you may search for them by name using the search bar.

Forms & Inquires

Your forms carry over to the updated platform, but you'll want to update your links. Check out this article that will cover how to update your form links and code for embedded forms on your website (if applicable). This is also an opportunity to check out the new features we've unlocked such as modifying the background color and font on the forms!

Google Calendar

If you were using Google Calendar in Curate Classic, you’ll still be able to use it in the updated platform. However, you’ll need to set it up again. This article provides step-by-step instructions to help you get started.

Logging Into Curate

As part of the migration, we'll send out an email that will contain an updated link to Curate along with information about logging in. If you run into any issues with logging, please check out this article on how to reset your password.

Nowsta

If you were using Nowsta in Curate Classic, you’ll still be able to use it in the updated platform. However, you’ll need to set it up again. This article provides step-by-step video instructions to help you get started.

Purchase Orders (Gameplan)

Previous Purchase Order do not migrate over to the updated platform. We have redesigned this aspect and have created this article that explains how Purchase Orders work in the updated platform.

QuickBooks Online

If you were using QuickBooks Online in Curate Classic, you’ll still be able to use it in the updated platform. However, you’ll need to set it up again. This article provides step-by-step video instructions to help you get started.

Users

The user registered to your account were migrated over. As part of the migration, we'll send out an email that will contain an updated link to Curate along with information about logging in. If you run into any issues with logging, please check out this article on how to reset your password.
