Learn how to build out your proposal details, everything from adding sections and line items to adding in saved products.
Sections
Add a new section: click the blue circle with a white plus sign (top right).
Edit section: hover over the section rectangle and select "edit section" to rename and add a description.
Add photos to section: click the grey circle with a blue plus sign for each photo you'd like to add. Then click the pencil icon on each grey square to select the photo(s).
Add a line item: hover over the section rectangle and select "add line item", this will add a space for a product/item that falls under the section.
Move or delete section: hover over the section space, use the blue circle with down arrow to move the entire section down, use the blue circle with an 'x' to delete the section.
Line Items
Edit line item: hover over the line item rectangle, select "edit item" to customize the item name, description, quantity, price, and tax.
Add photos to line item: click the grey circle with a blue plus sign for each photo you'd like to add. Then click the pencil icon on each grey square to select the photo(s).
View recipe: hover over the line item and select "view recipe" to customize the ingredients going into this line item, add a markup percentage, and arrive at a price suggestion.
Move or delete section: hover over the item space, use the blue circle with down arrow to move the item down within the section, use the blue circle with an 'x' to delete the item.
Products
Add a line item to a section in your proposal by clicking the section and selecting "add line item".
In the line item name field, select "search more items" to pull in a product from your catalog.
The catalog will pop up and you can search for an existing product name using the search bar.
Select the product by checking the box beside it and click "Add to Proposal".
This will automatically input the established recipe for this product rather than having to build out the recipe manually, ingredient by ingredient!
You can also build out recipes within your proposal and save them as a product for future use in your catalog by selecting the shopping cart icon beside item name.
