Accessing the Products page
To access your Products page, please click into Catalog from the right side
How To Add New Products
Once you've accessed the Products page, you have two options for adding products to the Curate application
Option #1 - Bulk Import
Curate allows you to take a list of products and upload all of them at the same time! To perform this task, please visit our article for Bulk Imports for instructions and an easy to use template spreadsheet where you can either copy/paste details or view the basic structure of what the application will look for to match up all the details.
Option #2 - Create Products Individually
Click the Create product button on the top right corner of the page
Name your product.
Add up to 5 photo examples or product ingredient photos.
Describe your product.
Apply new or existing tags to help access this product using the filter tools on the main product catalog.
Adding A Recipe To The Product
Add each component that will be included in this overall product (add a new ingredient as you build out the recipe, when necessary).
Choose your item markup from the drop down; either select an existing markup or create a new one!
The recipe total = the cost of all ingredients & their quantities from the product recipe.
The suggested price = the price of the product based on your selected markup.
Click Save at the top to save your work!
Save an existing line item as a Product
Visit either Proposal Details or the orders tab of your proposal
Click the ... on the right side of your line item
Select "Save Item To Catalog" and the Save and Confirm button
I can't find a Product that I've already added. Help!
Locating Products on the Product Page:
If you're searching for the product from the Product page, please check that no filters are enabled. It's possible that a filter could be blocking your ability to locate the product. To do this, navigate to the Product page and locate the Filter icon on the top right. If you see any numbers beside the icon that means a filter is turned on.
To correct this, click into the Filter icon, click Clear all and then Apply
Other Things to Check:
It's possible that the product was added to a proposal, but not saved to the Catalog. To add a product to the catalog from an event, please see save a line item as a product.
The Save button wasn't pressed during the creation process. Unfortunately, we don't have a way to recover work that wasn't saved.
