Orders calculates your wholesale costs within your catalog + mark-ups + item & ingredient quantities = a profitable price for you, with just a few clicks!

You can access Orders by opening the workroom of your proposal and then selecting "Orders" at the top of the page.

Creating sections within your Orders will allow you to separate line items into groups and allow your client to easily understand your services!

You can click on the text "Add Section Title" to edit the current section title name and add in a section description

Or you can click "+ Add Section" to start a new section

Once you have your sections created, it's time to add in line items!

Line items include photos, a quick description, quantity, pricing and tax.

Creating recipes within Orders is a great way to streamline your business & save both time and money. You can create custom recipes using ingredients in your catalog and set your own margin / markup, so you're always making a profit!

You'll be able to build a recipe by clicking the arrows next to your line item image and then selecting the "Recipes" tab within the pop-up window along the right-side:

Once you're under the "Recipes" tab, you'll be able to start creating your own beautiful & custom creations:

Once your ingredients are added, you can adjust your mark-up profile and even add in recipe notes for better communication and efficiencies for production.

Have a recipe you love or a line item that you use often? Let's save it to your catalog!

Saving Recipes as Products not only saves you time with proposal creation but also helps keep pricing consistent across your events.

To save: Click the 3 dots next to the line item subtotal, then click the shopping cart to "Save item to catalog"
