How is your pricing set up?

We have different tiers that include a mix of features and events created in the system.

Is the event count based on the number of events that are created during a month or the number of events booked during the month?
The subscriptions are based on the number of events created during the subscription period - regardless of whether they book.

How does my event count work with a monthly or annual plan?

An annual plan may include 120 events created for the year and the same monthly plan would include 10 events created for the month. Many people choose the annual plan to immediately have access to all their events and get an impressive discount for paying for the year!

Why does Curate use event count for their packaging?
That's a great question. We're glad you asked!

  1. It lets you scale down the costs to your company instead of paying pricing for enterprises that do thousands of events and require more complexity.

  2. It simplifies our pricing structure. Instead of having 15 add-ons, we're able to include more in our core plans. We tried splitting out the features and customers made it really clear that they preferred straightforward pricing.

  3. It lets you get started quickly and take less risk than signing up for the top package.

We're always experimenting with our pricing and packaging so we're certainly open to suggestions and other ideas.

Is a form inquiry counted as an event?
Not at all! Something only counts as an event when you start the sales process with a customer and create an event.
