Leave messages for your client to see within the event!

How to Access & Enable Portal Messages

  • Portal messages are enabled on an event by event basis. To access and enable portal messages, click into the event and load the workroom

  • On the top right corner, click the icon that looks like a message bubble (as seen above) and you'll have access to portal messages!

  • To activate the ability to leave messages, click on Settings and turn the toggle switch to on.

  • You'll get a green box on the bottom left that will confirm that it's ready for use. To begin typing messages, click back into the Messages section.

  • Here's what an example message will look like in the portal view.

  • When you leave a message it will send an email to the primary client email that's listed in the prepared for field of the event. Within the email, they will see the message as well as have a link to click and see the client view. Here's what the email will look like. Your client also has the ability to reply to the email and it will be displayed in the portal messages screen within Workroom and the Messages screen within the Client view.

  • When they click the link they will have the ability to see all previous messages as well as the new one in the client view. Here's an example.
