Tips & Tricks for common issues

Login Issues

Double-check that you are entering your username and password correctly and without typos or extra spaces. Many will have their information saved in their browser settings and sometimes those settings can go bad so try retyping the information in by hand. If you're still having issues logging in, try resetting your password using the instructions below.

How to reset my password

From the login screen locate and click the Forgot Password? link as seen in the screenshot below:

  • Next, type in your email address and click Request Password Reset

My new user didn't receive the invitation email or the invite link expired

It's possible that the email went to the user's email spam folder. Please have them double check their spam folder to be sure. If you need to send them the link again because they can't find it or the link expired, please log into Curate and navigate to the Users section of Settings. Locate their name on the list and click the ... link and then the Invite button.

Unable to see XYZ event on the events page or XYZ information is missing from the page I'm on

Please check your filters for the page as those will impact what is being displayed. Here's a short video walkthrough of what to look for and how to correct it.
