Summary

Curate allows you to sync your events and proposals to Nowsta and assign staff, track hours, and more.

Integrating with Nowsta

Note: To access the Nowsta integration you need to have access to a Curate subscription package where Nowsta integration is available to you. Before starting the video, please go ahead and log into both Nowsta and Curate in separate browser tabs or windows. You will need access to both for completing the steps covered in the video.

Curate allows you to sync your events and proposals to Nowsta and assign staff, track hours, and more. A Curate established subscription is required to benefit from the integration.

Information Synced with Nowsta

Upon syncing with Curate booked or in production event, the following information will be pushed to Nowsta in a one-way sync.

  • Event Name

  • Event Date

  • Event Invoice Total

  • Event Production Notes

  • Main Event Venue

  • Event Customers

Important

This is a one-way, one-time sync. This means we only push event data out to Nowsta, and can only sync once per event. We cannot resync a previously synced event. You can manually make those changes in Nowsta for previously synced events.

Syncing all booked and in production events

Clicking the 'Sync all events' button on the settings tab will send booked and in production Curate events that have changes as well as any new events found that are booked or in production.

Syncing individual events

On an event details slide, click the '...' icon button and click 'Sync to Nowsta'

Updating previously synced events

If you make changes to an event in Curate that you have already synced to Nowsta, you will have to log into your Nowsta account to manually make those changes in Nowsta at this time.
