We’re so excited to share that you can now use our platform to schedule and manage your lessons!
💡 Note that this new platform is for mentors only at the moment. Mentees and parents/guardians don’t have the platform experience yet. They will automatically receive lesson information and a Zoom link when a lesson is scheduled and can join the lessons directly using the Zoom link provided.

Schedule lessons - easy scheduling with automated integrations! 🗓️
Mentees and parents/ guardians will automatically receive lesson information and a Zoom link when a lesson is scheduled. You will no longer need to use your personal Zoom for CC lessons!
Scheduled lessons can be easily integrated with your personal calendar so that you always know when you have lessons upcoming.
Note that you will need to pick a lesson duration (e.g., 1 hour) when you schedule a lesson. We encourage you to determine your lesson duration upon scheduling and stick to it. Your payment will be calculated based on the lesson duration that was scheduled.
If you need to change the lesson duration after a lesson has already occurred, you will need to contact us to make the change.

Join a lesson - to join a lesson, simply sign in to your platform account! 💻
Once in, you can easily view all your upcoming lessons and join your next lesson from the dashboard.
The “Start Lesson” button will become active 5 minutes before the lesson's scheduled start time.

Logging lessons - lesson logging made simple 💪
After you finish a lesson (or multiple ones), logging into the platform will automatically bring up all unfinished post-lesson forms for you to complete your lessons.
Besides not having to remember to log your lessons, you also don’t have to worry about inputting the right lesson time and contract type anymore!
Notifications - stay connected with instantaneous updates ⚡
You, your mentees, and their parents will get notified when lessons are scheduled and canceled.
You will also be notified when an engagement is made on our platform between you and your mentee.
Recurring lessons - we're working on it! 🏗️
Our platform doesn’t currently support scheduling recurring lessons.
If you have a regular meeting time, you can still schedule your lessons in advance, but they will need to be one at a time (for up to 90 days ahead).
Reschedule lessons - also in progress! 🚧
We also can not support rescheduling just yet. If you need to reschedule a lesson, you will have to cancel the old one and schedule a new lesson.
