Keep your payment details and billing information up to date to avoid interruptions in your subscription.
Where to Find and Update your Billing Settings
Go to Settings → Subscriptions.
Select Open Account Management (Chargebee portal).
From here you can update:
Payment method (Visa, MasterCard, Amex; some regional options available)
Billing address
Billing frequency (monthly/annual)
Contact details
Renewal reminders
You’ll receive automated emails from Chargebee before renewals or if a card is expiring.
Taxes
Taxes (e.g. GST or VAT) are calculated based on your billing address and added at checkout.
