Log into the clinical dashboard at https://dashboard.myndlift.com.
Access the side menu by clicking on the triple bar icon ≡ on the top left-hand corner of the webpage. Then, select Clients.
After loading the clients page, click on the name of the client whose password you would like to reset.
On the client’s profile page, select Reset Password.
When prompted with the confirmation window, select I AM SURE, PROCEED.
You will see a new window with the temporary password.
Share this temporary password with your client and ask them to log in with their email address and the temporary password.
Upon login, they will be prompted to create a new password.
