When adding a client to your practice's dashboard, there is a checkbox for you to confirm if this is a real e-mail address.
If you choose to check it (blue): Your client will be able to receive a temporary password via e-mail allowing them to sign in to the Myndlift app and create a new personalized password.
If you choose to not check it (gray): When your client selects the 'Forgot Password?' option on the sign-in screen of the Myndlift app, a code will be sent to your clinical dashboard e-mail address to allow your client to reset their password. Simply share this code with your client to allow them to create a new personalized password again.
