Setting up a new client

By adding a client to Myndlift, you're granting them access to your virtual clinic

Updated over 3 years ago

Adding a new client is one of the most important parts of the platform. By adding a client, you are granting them access to Myndlift, under your virtual clinic.

Client details

To add a new client, click on “Clients” from the side menu. Then click on “add new client” and enter the client’s details.

It’s important to note that the email address you enter for a client, becomes the email address they will use to log into the app with in order to train the protocol you’ve set for them.

You also have the option to tick the box to indicate that this is the client’s real email address. By confirming this, your client will be able to receive password change emails and other app-related communication to save you the hassle of forwarding it on yourself.

Tags

According to the tags you select in this section, our system will generate the right questionnaires, optimize the training and make progress tracking easier for you and your client.

Questionnaires

Click next to the questionnaires section where you may find the questionnaires that have been automatically generated based on the tags you added. You may wish to add or remove a questionnaire, or even create your own custom questionnaire relating to your client.

Assessment

Here, you will have the option to choose which components of the assessment you wish to have included in your client’s initiation to the program. We do suggest that you have all 3 components included for new clients.

Tracking schedule

For your convenience, we’ve added a tracking schedule to allow you to prompt the client with the assessment immediately before the next session, and have it recurring according to their training progress or your preference.

Now you have created your clients' account. Share the username and password with your client to get them started with a new protocol you’ve designed for them.

You’re now ready to set up a program for your client!
