Start promoting neurofeedback training to all of your clients in-app! 🎉
Starting on December 27th, 2021, clients without a neurofeedback program will see a promotion inside the “Train” tab in the Myndlift app.
Since Myndlift can be used with all of your clients, even those who aren't doing neurofeedback training, we created a promotion that will help educate your clients about the benefits of neurofeedback.
This promotion allows you to actively market your neurofeedback services to any of your clients who register and don't have a neurofeedback session deployed yet.
In-App Neurofeedback Promotion
Clients who currently don't have neurofeedback sessions can request to start neurofeedback training with your clinic directly from the "Train" tab in the app:
Whenever a client requests to start neurofeedback training from the app, you'll get notified:
on the client's page in the dashboard
with an email that contains the client's information so that you can then set them up with a program, provide a kit, and get them started with neurofeedback training!

This promotion is only visible to clients that don't have a neurofeedback session deployed. To try it out for yourself, you can simply add a new client with no neurofeedback sessions and use the client's credentials to log into the app where you'll see the promotion in the "Train" tab.
You can also follow these steps:
Click on "Add new client" in the dashboard
Copy your practice's unique code that consists of 7 characters
Open the latest version of the Myndlift app
Click on "Register" and fill out the registration code which you copied from your dashboard
Complete registration
Open the "Train" tab to view the neurofeedback promotion 🎉

Should you not wish to display the in-app neurofeedback promotion to your clients, you can opt out from the preferences page which disables it for ALL clients:
Expand the side menu on the top left-hand corner and select 'Preferences'.
Find "In-App Neurofeedback Requests" under "Neurofeedback-Related Preferences" and disable it.
