The Form Signed Trigger is one of two triggers currently used in Flowsite Flows.

It works by triggering a run when a Dashpivot form is signed for the configured Template App.

How to set up the Form Signed Trigger

  1. Copy the Template ID from the URL when you are in the template workflow view

  2. Paste the ID into the "Template URL ID" text input

  3. Once the Template is loaded and the Template Name text box shows the correct Template name, select the column that should trigger the Run (e.g. the last column if you want the Run to trigger on that form signed event)

Hints and Tips

  • The Form Signed Trigger is only compatible with Workflow Templates

  • If the Template ID is taken from the Template Library, forms from deployed Templates will trigger a Run

  • If you want to limit the trigger to a particular deployed folder, then copy in the Template Id from the deployed folder and not the Template Library
