Dashpivot Updates
👤 Person field now available in the Dashpivot app
The person field is now available in the Dashpivot app! This means if you're using the single person field in your templates, you’ll now be able to see it in your forms and on your form thumbnails.
🔀 Approval Signature logic now supports Person fields
You can now incorporate person fields into the approval signature conditional logic configured in your templates, giving you more granular controls over who can sign for approval (or clear and reset the workflow steps). This will be especially useful for workflows where the user selected in the person field is the same person who signs to approve specific parts of a form.
📝 Template Register Export
It's now possible to export your templates register as a CSV file, which may be useful for auditing purposes when you need to create a register of process-driven documents used across your business for certification purposes (eg. ISO certification). This is possible in both your Home Folder and any team folder.
📂 In-line folder creation and editing
With this feature, you can create and edit folder names directly in the left navigation bar, streamlining the folder management process in your workspace.
✨ License consumption calculated across all workspaces
The number of used licenses displayed in your Home Folder > Settings > Dashpivot Billing now calculates the total number of unique users from all of your workspaces, making it easier to keep track of your license consumption.
Flowsite Updates
🔌 Share Point Integration
You can now integrate Dashpivot with SharePoint via Flowsite. This will allow you to automatically store a PDF copy of your Dashpivot forms inside SharePoint once they're complete. Please get in touch if interested.
